Capitol Elementary Second Graders are studying the “Force of Gravity.” Students were assigned to design and construct a container or contraption that would protect a raw egg from breaking when dropped from the rooftop of the school, which is approximately 20 feet high. The “Egg Drop” was performed in front of Capitol on Friday morning, March 29th. Students were anxious and excited to observe to see if their eggs “survived” the test without being broken.

Capitol students have enjoyed playing Christmas games in their P.E. classes such as Frosty Freeze Tag, How the Grinch Stole Christmas and the Christmas Tree Relay.
