Here are some of our great cross country runners in action…  This looks like a good begning to a great year.

School is almost upon us, but already our fine student-atheletes are hard at work, preparing their mind and bodies for the year to come.  You can feel the excitement in the air, its a palpable feeling, a buzz of energy and focus.

The players move with intesity and purpose as they move through their drills under the sun.  Right now we are doing 2-a-day training, with the players coming out early in the morning and then again in the late afternoon.

Already hard at work, our marching lobo band is getting in tip top shape for the year ahead.  Sweating it out in the hot West Texas sun, they practice their timing, footwork, and coordination all under the watchful eyes of their instructors.  LISD 020

It takes a great deal of skill, training, and love to make this look as good and as easy as only our band can do.  You can find them practicing their marching moves in the High School parking lot until around 11 when they move in to practice the music.

But even the Lobos need to take a break to get some water every now and again…
