Every year physical education teacher Mr. Pat Smith hosts the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser at South Exemplary School. This year he had sixty South students participate in the program. The South students raised $3,803.42 and South second grader Brandon T raised the most money of all the participants, that being $350.00. Shown here with Mr. Smith and teaching aide Miss Haley Webb are participants that raised enough money to earn a Jump Rope for Heart T-shirt.
